Hi Families! My name is Ella and I am 22 years old. I have 3 years of experience working in the childcare industry, the first year I worked in a room with 12 children aged between 6 weeks and 1 and a half years old and for the last 2 years I have been working with children aged from 2 years to 5 years old. I have always had a passion for teaching and caring for children. I find being able to be a part of children's growth and development very rewarding. As well as working in the childcare industry, I have also had experience doing occasional babysitting over the last 2 years. I love building relationships with families as well as their children and am also happy to do any light house work as well if need be.
