Hi families, my name is Caitlin! Caring for children has been at the heart of my life for the past 5 years. I completed my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care in Year 12, and since then I’ve been working in childcare while continuing my studies. I’m now in my fourth year at UniSA, completing my Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (Honours), and I also hold my Authority to Teach, which allows me to teach in a kindergarten classroom. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with children aged 3 months through to 13 years, supporting their learning, wellbeing, and individual needs at every stage of development. My experience is broad and meaningful, from nurturing babies in early learning, to guiding school-aged children in their growth, and teaching dance to kids and teens for the past 3 years. I also work casually in a gym crèche, where I enjoy creating safe, fun environments for little ones while their parents are able to train stress-free. I hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and first aid, and I bring strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and building positive relationships with both children and families. I’m passionate about providing care that is not only safe, but also joyful and enriching.
