Hello! My name is Jess and I’m an experienced early childhood educator offering babysitting and nanny services with a flexible and nurturing approach. I have over 5 years of hands-on experience in early childhood education, hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, and a Master’s in Education Studies. I’m fully certified in Child First Aid, including Asthma, Anaphylaxis and CPR, and hold a current Working With Children Check. Safety and wellbeing are always my top priorities. I’m also a mum to a sweet one-year-old daughter, who would be with me during most hours. I’m happy to offer nanny share arrangements to make care more affordable for families. I can care for your child in your own home, or we can enjoy regular outings to the park, library, or playgroup, and I’m happy to help with childcare or school pick ups. I have my own reliable transport and am aware of the importance of routines, nap schedules, and all the messy, magical moments of little ones’ lives including nappy changes, bottles, safe eating and age appropriate play. My philosophy is to follow a child-led play approach and encourage children to explore their own interests, but I am very happy to change my approach to suit the routines, values and needs of individual children and families.
