Hey families, I'm Layla. I have been private nanny for the last 4 years in Canada and last year I was a au pair in New Zealand. It is truly my passion to help little ones grow and parents thrive in their day to day. I grew up as the oldest of four and I have been surrounded by babies since I could remember. I am also a trained doula, where I support mothers after birth with baby questions, emotional support/comfort, laundry, errands, light house work and much more. My goal is to help little ones understand emotions, thoughts and actions so that they can go out into the world feeling strong and capable. I adore being able to be apart of a little one’s life in any shape or form. Being able to support their inner being thrive in a safe and loving environment. Making deep meaningful and connections with such cute and intelligent individuals is such a gift. I love being outside on walks, beaches, surfing waterfalls and playing in nature. I am a big crafter so I enjoy engaging kiddos with working with their hands and learning colours, shapes and thinking outside the lines. I am learning how to sew, crochet and cross stitch which has been such a joy in sun by the beach.
