Hi! I’m Mikala! I’m a young, active female support worker who enjoys engaging in a wide range of activities and providing flexible, person-centred support. I previously worked in a government role, where I gained experience supporting children, and I’ve been working in the NDIS space for some time now. I hold a current First Aid certificate, have a reliable car and full driver’s licence, and am experienced with all types of car seats. I have supported participants with ADHD, ASD, PDA, and other disabilities, and I also have experience working with wheelchair users.
