My name is Rajvi. I have been working as a room leader at Little Zak’s in Richmond. Ullan works as our casual staff sometimes. She is a very lovely, soft spoken and friendly lady. Even though, she doesn’t work on regular basis with us, she remembers children’s names, quickly learns room routines, she has done some paperworks for me as well a lot of times and I completely trust her as she’s very responsible. She also talks to children gently yet, keeps them engaged and safe. She brings so much positivity in the environment. She does everything with a smile on her face. She supervises children with great level of focus and engages with them confidently. Even being an agency casual educator, she leaves a remarkable impression and lovely experience for us each time that I truly miss her if I don’t see her for a while. I wish I could work with her on day to day basis. I very very strongly recommend her for this role of educator.
